This Service Level Agreement ("Agreement") is a commitment regarding our service availability.
Foxinelo Ltd. commits to 99% service availability. Should we fail to achieve this, customers will be eligible for a credit.
An outage is a period during which the system is unavailable. Scheduled maintenance is not considered an outage.
To receive a credit, the customer must request it by emailing Foxinelo Ltd. within 30 days of the outage.
